It contains many examples and explanations, even how to use Texas BA 2 Plus calculator. But, the train of thoughts is a little confusing, because sometimes the authors explain one point, and then jump to another point and finally go back the previous point again.

This is a pretty good textbook. Everything builds off everything else, and it's all concise. You can even learn how to use your financial calculator.
